I don't normally go to Starbucks, but sometimes they are the only option. I stopped here several times on my trip to Baton Rouge to mainline some caffeine. The first day I asked for French roast. I was politely advised that thy didn't have French roast, but they did have something called bold. It was ok, but not great. If it were only for this experience this would be a middle of the road three star review. Today the staff upped my rating one star. The barista working the register was very friendly, offered suggestions for next time (she even offered an off menu idea) and really made today's trip a great experience. Next time I am in Denham Springs or on my way to Baton Rouge, this will be my go to coffee shop.

Exceptionally rude staff, sloppy unkempt store, inconsistent beverages, and last but not least manager is very rarely present and visible in store to correct this mess of a staff on their unprofessional and frankly petulant manner of communicating with customers. To the manager I would simply say that you need to retrain your staff members (all of them) on the proper and professional etiquette that's to be used in dealing with ALL customers and in ALL aspects of a business. My family will NOT return to this store indefinitely. *** I will consider updating this review if the situation improves drastically at this store.

Of course I love STARBUCKS but this location often falls short on service. The staff is not friendly. They mess your order up and make you feel it's your fault. Also the drinks are not consistent in flavor. The flavor is week needing more pumps of flavor. If things change I will update my review. 06/04/15 UPDATE: Same unfriendly and now RUDE staff. Come on people ...its coffee. Why you gotta be so RUDE!

Sometimes I stop in here on my way to work if I leave early enough (read: maybe once every couple months, I am NOT a morning person). Even though they have a drive through, I always walk in, because it is definitely quicker. They have a good array of foods/drinks in their display case for purchase, and they've never been anything other than nice, attentive, and quick!

Love Starbucks. What can I say? Staff is very friendly and greet me by name. They are very friendly and polite... Lately drive thru gets backed up because the baristas are trying to hawk their new coffees to customers in the drive through - still 5 stars for excellent service and friendly folks...
